This site is dedicated to the life of Jon Isherwood, an entertainer who, for most of his life, lived in Portsmouth and played in folk clubs up and down the country.
Jon regularly appeared on TV and radio, and along with many others, helped
re-ignite the southern folk scene in the sixties.

The site is maintained by his eldest son Jonathan.
